Objectives: build foundations and roadmap for 1-2 years, align product + marketing, design resident portal site and mobile app, design optimized landing pages

Build foundations and roadmap for 1-2 years

I facilitated a series of virtual workshop in FigJam to identify 5 personas and 6 key points in their customer journey and created 95 epics for their backlog. Our team also set them up with operational tools to document and track the work after our initial engagement.

These are three of the 95 epic cards we identified and delivered to their product team for delivery planning.

Design resident portal site and mobile app

I created artifacts ranging from user flows to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to hand off to Invitation Homes in-house developers

Design optimized landing pages

Working with Marketing and Sales teams. I designed a series of landing page templates along with a content strategy plan for thier public facing marketing website.
